Update 06/25

Blackberries bushes are full and getting big this month! With the weather being so cool it has driven a healthy growth and fruit setting. Our berries will be sold at Anthony's produce stand in St Peters Missouri off of Jungerman Rd, and Lake St Louis Farmers Market in Lake St Louis!

We have been preselling produce successfully and had a poor strawberry growth this year. We are seeing new fungus and pest pressures in Missouri. More so in the south with other farms.

We are planning a large planting this October of strawberry plants of 3000 or more in plastic mulch beds. The strawberries this year had been super sweet. But not enough to bring to market. Not always a sure thing in farming. But we will bounce back and reset for this crop.

After harvesting blackberries this month, we will move into raspberries. End of July we will make plans for expanding our berry fields that will allow for a u-pick possibly. Stay tuned!
